I moved to the area recently and came to this place for a check up and clean as a new patient. Appointment was almost 30 minutes late - but I understand that happens, not an issue. However, after establishing that I had an X-ray done only 6 months ago at a different dentist, and that the X-ray could be sent over and an X-ray was not required immediately - the dentist took some time to explain that I could avoid paying a gap fee if I got an X-ray at that appointment, and that if I didn’t I might have to pay a gap fee. Staff and atmosphere here are very friendly and welcoming. Going to the dentist is not my favourite thing, but Dr Lee, made the experience quick and painless, checking I was doing ok regularly. I deffinately recommend this clinic.
