Upon entry I was greeted by a young English lady which was quite rude and told me I was early (15 minutes) and I would have to wait as they were already behind. The place was very messy. Pieces of rubbish on the ground and when I went to the toilet there were skid marks left in the toilet which was quite gross. I eventually got to see Matthew which was quite rude.
