Always very friendly staff. Been going here since I was a kid and always felt comfortable there. I live about 35 minutes west of the practice but still choose to come here. The care is great and the treatment options are appropriate and reasonable.
Took my kid in for a dental check-up, and the dentist was super professional and patient. They explained everything really clearly while checking. The clinic is clean and comfy, and the staff are so friendly—my kid wasn’t nervous at all. Great experience!
One of the worst experiences at the front desk . I was told that my insurance works and I am covered for x-ray and cleaning ( preventative ) . Only to be sent a bill a few weeks later for $700+ . I called and was told that I didn’t have the correct “tier” of blue cross blue shield . It’s sad to see them lose not just a customer but also a medical doctor. Visiting from out of town and I had a crown fall out at lunch; the staff at Belmont Dental Group saw me IMMEDIATELY and got it re-cemented. Beautiful office with kind, courteous service. Highly recommended, I would send any of my friends or family members here.
I just switched to this practice, and I’m so happy I did! They were friendly and thorough. Definitely recommend.
