This is my second visit to see Chris at Belmont Dental Group. Once again Chris and his staff have exceeded my expectations of a dental surgery. The atmosphere in reception is welcoming, the receptionist Dianne is down to earth and friendly and Chris never compromises on his professionalism. This visit entailed a repair on a filling performed by another dentist which I wish I could name and shame. Nethertheless, Chris came to my rescue once again. I have no hesitation in recommending this dentist. He's the most caring, kind dentist I've ever been to.
Dr Chris Chen was very helpful and professional. He patiently explained all my options for me and the job is well done.
It is rare for me to give a five star review. However in this instance I feel that this practice should be a model for others to aspire to. On arrival the surroundings in reception were welcoming and although there was no attendance at reception I was greeted very promptly by the dentist himself.
