Significantly, contractors removed a bay window and installed a new window, and the exterior patchwork was incomplete and poorly done. The result, a year later, is that we now have water penetraining our walls and basement.There were many other shortcomings - places where painting was incomplete, no trim installed, an installed backsplash that was peeling from the get go, and a new breaker box with no labels for the breakers. Most people have complicated and lengthy renovations projects. My experience with Belmont Construction was so good that I would do it again tomorrow with an even more complicated project. What made the big difference with Belmont Construction is their integrated team approach with a dedicated POC (point of contact).
