連一顆星都不想給，提前15分鐘到達現場，然而等待時間超過40分鐘，叫病患名字請我進去跟我道歉讓我等待了，卻問診不到五分鐘，過程不用看報告就問我有什麼問題以及之前醫生說了什麼..接著請我到外面等紙張資料..Dr.Haipeng Wang said only can ask one question..病患太多，公司規定🙄🙄🙄
They don’t deserve even one star. Extremely disappointed with this clinic. The waiting time was unreasonably long, even with an appointment, and the service was very poor. Staff showed no concern for patients’ time and there was a complete lack of professionalism. Definitely not a place I would recommend to anyone.
Dr Lee Ling Tan at Belmont City Medical was extremely dismissive during my appointment. I was not allowed to explain my symptoms, was talked over constantly, and my requests for blood tests and referrals were refused. The consultation lasted only two minutes, and the doctor abruptly left the room while I was still speaking. I saw she did the same with others here, awful professional. Very poor service from the new girls at reception. The older staff like Dale, are great. It shouldn’t be hard to be nice and helpful. Especially when you have big signs at the clinic asking patients to treat the staff with respect. Respect works both ways! Dr Sri, please look into this, especially when you have great doctors like Dr Murali and Dr Shanker. It’s the receptionist that let the whole practice down, I reckon!
Poorly managed medical center. You need to plan atleast 3 hours in advance to see the doctor. They’re moving at snail’s pace.
