I was disappointed with my experience with Dr. Mukta Barua, whom I perceived as unprofessional and rude. During my appointment, she took my blood pressure briefly and then stated inaccurately that it took 15 minutes when it actually took 5 minutes to locate my previous scripts. Having waited over 38 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, she suggested that I was wasting her time as she needed to attend to other patients. This is one of the worst medical Center I have ever gone to mind you I have been living in Perth 20 plus years around the whole of Perth.. the wait time at this clinic is at least 2 hours even if you have an appointment booked. The receptionist are all very rude and have attitude as well as the doctors very unprofessional. I don’t recommend anyone to come here. Your better off waiting at the emergency room for then this GP.

The GP itself has good drs, hence 3 stars. But my after two appointments with Dr Mukta Barua, this is the first time I’ve felt the need to make a formal complaint. My first appointment was almost 4 hours late. It was a Telehealth consult, and she began the call irritated she couldn’t hear me. She cut me off multiple times as I tried to explain I needed an ultrasound, for a pre-existing lump id had for 4 years that was getting increasingly sore. I went and saw Dr Rosalind Ho to get my prescription that I have been taking for 10 years all goes well at the appointment. then when I go the chemist to buy it, they tell me that she's cancelled it...what a waste of time I won't be going back.
