We LOVE seeing Dr. Alexander and the nursing staff at Belmont-Cambridge. The new location is absolutely fantastic. When Dr. Alexander isn't available, we're able to see other MDs who provide our children with exceptional care. I will say it has been unusually difficult when working with their office and specialists. For example, we received an enormous surprise bill from Boston Children's for hip ultrasounds our twins needed. Dr Lerner has been my son’s doctor for 5 years and now my newborns. She is a godsend for us and I can’t say how amazing she has been over the years. You can tell how much she truly cares about each child, the parent, and any concerns you may have that need answered. She is there for you through it all. I have never felt like she was trying to rush through any appointment and I know she is extremely busy at her practice. Dr. Lerner is my daughter's pediatrician from this clinic. Can I say I have encountered so many physicians in the Boston area, and she is absolutely phenomenal. Words can't describe what an amazing doctor she is. She is so kind, personable, responsive, and advocates so hard for your kiddo to get the right care. Where can you find a doctor like that these days? Probably never. If you are happy, she's happy. She works as a team with the family. I couldn't be happier with her.
The doctors there are excellent. I’ve recommended several parents, and they’re all very happy with the switch.
