I really loved my apartment at Belmont. I definitely had some concerns based on the other reviews when I moved in but overall my experience was very positive. Here are the things that I was worried about: 1. AC units - I hate being hot and I've lived in the south for most of my life so I was skeptical that a single window unit could cool an entire 1 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor. Been a pleasure living here for the past three years! Building management including Jamie and Roger are very helpful and responsive. Never had an issue and apartments are nice.
Belmont Buckingham is easy living. Stayed longer than expected because why wouldn't you. Great location (walking distance to King Sooper, Whole Foods AND Trader Joes), bright apartments, vintage charm. Jamie is the best and any issues we've ever had, she'd always taken super seriously and resolved quickly. She does so much for the building and is honestly a big part of why we decided to renew for the 3rd year in a row.
I lived here for two years and had a wonderful time! Beautiful building with so much character and a very cute and safe area. Jamie is so nice and helpful and the maintenance team is awesome.
Paper thick dividing walls! Be very quiet or management calls! More than once, you get a slip. Don’t bring more than just your lip!
