This phone number directs you to a call center which dispatches people out to service you, no idea what qualifications they require. But some guy shows up in his personal car and fixes our washing machine drain pump, a week later the machine is making a ton of noise and needs to be replaced. Sounds like a scam to me, proceed with caution!!

This company is highly unprofessional, unresponsive, uncoordinated, and does not follow through on what they say they are going to do. They don't seem to have any problems at all, processing credit card payments though. It took over 2 months to figure out from this company that they are "[almost ready to fix the issue, they just have to go pick up the part.
