My son’s car broke down right in front of this shop just a couple of days before a long trip, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the timing and how they handled it. The service team quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue at a very reasonable price, doing everything possible to get the car running smoothly and safely without delaying our plans. They truly care about their customers and made us feel like family.

Disgusting customer service. The one (👅) that helped behind the counter “one at a time” with automotive repairs, like your a 2 year old child. The one (👅) outside “car needs a lot of work” without any explanation whatsoever, walks away. Called with a complaint, met with a hang up, called back only to receive a machine. Looks like the (mechanics) need a “automotive” upgrade of their own, on customer service.

waited 40 minutes for a simple tire rotation and they tried to upsell me on a full alignment before even looking at my car. i said no thanks just the rotation please and they still came back with a list of recommended services that would have doubled the bill. by the time they finished my car had a new scratch on the rear bumper that definitely wasnt there when i dropped it off. the guy at the counter barely apologized just shrugged and said its pre existing damage even though i had photos from that morning. honestly the who... read more

I had an unexpected, emergency job, repairing a splash guard that had come loose on the underside of the car. The tow driver dropped me off at the station late on a Friday afternoon. I live at least 30 miles away, so I was hoping they could fix it that day. The owner was very helpful and friendly, and agreed to do the work right away. Everyone I encountered at the shop was friendly and helpful, and I was on my way in less than 1.5 hours. They did a good job and charged me a fair rate. Thanks!
