The company changes management every few months, creating confusion and inconsistency. Communication with management has been frustrating—there is no proper system for contact, Tracy does not respond, and April often says she “doesn’t know.” It is also concerning that no one seems familiar with the association rules or policies, especially since managers work off-site and no one appears to oversee the property directly. The new management has been very unprofessional and appears to be doing everything possible to push Black residents out of the community. They misrepresented records and searched for reasons to deny my application, even though I have been a resident here for five years. They denied my renewal application because of my 620 credit score, yet they refuse to clearly explain the reason for the denial. I believe the stated reason is unfair and possibly a pretext for discrimination

This whole process has been a nightmare. The staff are terrible and rude; we've had to wait ages and they still keep demanding things. If we'd known this before, we would have moved somewhere else.
