I give Monique 5 stars for her beautiful care and kindness. We had to organise last minute accommodation for our family members visiting from overseas, and Belmercer was our saving grace. The rooms were clean and tidy, with accessibility needs accommodated for. Location is convenient being a mere stones throw from the train station. Big thanks to the team.
Disgusting room! The bathroom smelled like rotten eggs! Everything in the room was old, dirty and unpleasant!
