a minute ago Bad bad bussiness and its sad cause i was a return customer and was very pleased the first time. I waited 3 seasons now for a deer a took in 2016. Was told it would be done around christmas or january that year at the latest. Called and called and just told busy and backed up it would be done soon. Eventually marked it up as a lost cause cause its now 2019... Have had three deer and have been nothing but satisfied.
Don't be rude to your customers. When you screw up, admit your mistake and make it right for the customer! Telling them you don't care is the worst thing to do. Go somewhere else for your business.
Absolutely unprofessional and rude. No concern for the fact he screwed up. No apologies and laughed literally in my face.
Great work at a great price used them for 3 deer now and all have turned out excellent I would recommend them to anyone !
