Incredibly frustrating customer service as they are transitioning to new software. I have spent hours waiting on hold three times now and STILL don't have everything I need. I did finally get my prescription, though. It took three weeks, but I have it.
I have tried for a month to get a script with every excuse including a new system to now it takes time to put new doses in the system to I will call you back and not hearing back. Time to find a new pharmacy.
I'm able to get a 3 month supply of my medication at a fraction of the cost at a different pharmacy. No issues with the fact that I live in Kansas and they have to ship. always very nice and helpful 5 star
I have been using Belmar Pharmacy personally and professionally for YEARS. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgable and HELPFUL. From the individuals answering phones to the fulfillment team and pharmacists, you will never receive better customer service and information as well as a quality product. Our patients have always been satisfied as well as myself! I found them because I live locally, but if I happen to ever move they will ALWAYS have my business. Thank you Belmar Staff!
