When we first started treatment here about a year ago, the service was excellent. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and always remembered their patients’ faces, which made every visit pleasant. Unfortunately, with the recent change in staff, the quality of service has gone down significantly. There have been multiple instances where issues on their end have delayed treatment, causing unnecessary extra trips to the office. My daughter and I both received treatment here. She completed a year of Invisalign and we are very happy with her results. Unfortunately, my own experience has been the opposite. The team was accommodating and easy to work with, especially when treatment plans shifted. However, after investing significant time and money into Invisalign and LightForce braces, I am extremely unhappy with the outcome. This place is great if your looking for fast easy quality care, the staff is very friendly and helpful they answered my many many questions and provided an excellent experience for the 3 years I had my braces, Anna at the front counter was always awesome and willing to work with my schedule and Dr Randall always made sure everything was running smooth and provided excellent care. I highly recommend this place I was very satisfied with the service! 10 out of 10!!
My daughter has been going here for her Invisalign treatment for over a year. Cost friendly, and the office staff/techs and the dentist are always very friendly and informative, and answer any questions we have to make us feel comfortable.
