Belly dancing was the last thing I thought of doing after retirement. However when I saw how how much it had helped my sister's balance to the point where she no longer had to use a walking stick to get around, I decided to give it a go. When my doctor heard I was doing it for the exercise she thought it was a great idea and encouraged me to continue. I finally decided to try out belly dancing and I'm so glad I did! Renata is a highly skilled teacher and a lovely person. Everyone is so friendly, It has been such a wonderful experience.
