This informative and interactive class taught us a lot about what to expect through the labour and delivery process and how to cope. It gave lots of unbiased information about breastfeeding and after care of baby (lots of little tips too). Definitely left the class feeling confident and as ready as we could be. Also, it connected us to other expecting parents which is great to have. Thanks again!!

My husband and I did a private blaster class with Michaela via Zoom. It was very helpful and Michaela was very knowledgeable. My husband and I are now feeling much more prepared for the upcoming labour, delivery and postpartum period. I would highly recommend this class! :)

I took belly buttons blaster class and it was amazing! So much practical information to prepare you for labour and delivery and caring for a newborn. The class was interesting and fun to participate in! The blaster class is great for those who have a busier schedule and can't commit weekly or to a weekend class. So happy this was available.

Wow! What an excellent class! There is a great mix of hands-on activities and more traditional learning.You also get a chance to chat with other soon-to-be parents. The atmosphere is friendly, inclusive, and casual while still being professional and polished. You're in excellent hands with Michaela: she is a gifted instructor who seems to make the day speed by.

The Childbirth Preparation Class was excellent!! Having only an obstetrician for my pregnancy, this course offered so much helpful information that is not talked about with a regular OB. I highly recommend this!
