Brad Rice of Bellwether Builders is an excellent General Contractor. He worked with us for several months reconstructing our Helene severely damaged house. We were one of the households in our neighborhood hit hard by tropical storm Helene. The roof was crushed by a 120-foot-tall pine tree and the water that came with it managed to wreak havoc on floors, walls, and furniture and of course the ceiling and roof structure were demolished. I purchased a newly constructed Bellwether home about 9 months ago. I love this house for so many reasons! I was initially drawn to it aesthetically and after making it home, I have learned to appreciate the solid construction and overall craftsmanship even more. We asked Brad to completely renovate a 100-year-old house in North Asheville and could not have been more satisfied with the results. The project included a new floor plan, new electrical, HVAC, etc. The quality of the work was exceptional with every detail crafted to our specifications. We cannot say enough about Brad and his team. From the first question to the final answer, he was patient and accommodating throughout the entire process. We threw him a couple of curve balls and he handled everything with grace and kindness. We are already looking to our next project and Brad will be the first person we'll call, hands down.
