From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. I was helped within 10 seconds, provided a urine sample, and the entire process took less than 5 minutes. I decided to give this urgent care a try but it was the worst decision ever. The doctor recommended an ecg so the MA/ Receptionist did it but she ran me as a pediatric patient and I am an adult! The results were printed and the doctor referred me to the ER because she said my ecg didn’t look normal. Once I get to the ER I take my results and the doctor at ER was baffled at the fact that my results I had at urgent care DID read as normal. Awesome service! The staff is very caring and proper bed mannered! The Dr. is very informative also. I would recommend them and be definitely coming back!

Didn’t like there was no doctor onsite only an virtual visit an I pay for what? Other virtual visits they can look down my throat in my nose ears. Still dealing with bad sinus infection bronchitis. Nurse at front desk has no bedside manners she does not care Will never go back.
