I’ve had consistently poor experiences at this urgent care, both financially and medically. On two separate visits, they overcharged my copay by a total of $90, even though I provided the correct insurance card each time. When I tried to get the overpayment refunded, I was given the runaround. The clinic told me they couldn’t help and that UHC had to handle it, while UHC told me the opposite.
