Most friendly nurses. Make you feel safe and cared for and they have a healthy respect for modesty.
Staff was polite and helpful.
2nd worst experience I’ve ever had in an ER! Rude, loud, children going to work with parent…SO LOUD & UNPROFESSIONAL!! Condescending attitude of the NP, night nurse had a flippant attitude! Tracy & Bailey were the only nice, caring RN’s! Everyone else was awful!!! Seriously, don’t go there!
Came in to the er in extreme pain with kidney stone - the staff did anyone wonderful job and was fast and effective at getting my pain stopped
We had a great experience here. Fiance came in with symptoms of a heart attack. After scans it was her appendix. The nurses were friendly, informative and got us out in a reasonable time. We needed to be transferred to a hospital in cypress that could perform the surgery. We WILL be going back if we have any emergencies.
