Came in to the er in extreme pain with kidney stone - the staff did anyone wonderful job and was fast and effective at getting my pain stopped
We had a great experience here. Fiance came in with symptoms of a heart attack. After scans it was her appendix. The nurses were friendly, informative and got us out in a reasonable time. We needed to be transferred to a hospital in cypress that could perform the surgery. We WILL be going back if we have any emergencies.
I wouldn’t bring my dying kid here. I wouldn’t bring anyone here. If you go enough times, they’ll start mocking you and poking jokes about it without actually caring for you. I have bad gastro problems which lead me to the ER every single time, and I don’t trust this hospital with my life at all. I mean they’ve had numerous people die under their “care”. They don’t care about you, which is funny because they’re supposed to.
Took forever to help us it’s almost 1am and they are in the back just kekeing and laughing. I’m calling from the waiting room and they aren’t even answering the phone
We live in Hempstead and have visited a few times unfortunately but every time it’s been quick and customer service was great… would normally give 5 stars but no writes a good review. Unfortunately I can’t believe I’m even writing this one but tonight was absolutely jaw dropping when a treatment nurse was trying to help my wife learn how to use crutches for the first time and my wife was a little embarrassed that she was there because she got tripped up by our dog and fell hurting her ankle and it swelled up.
