i live in California and i wanted to find someone to deliver flowers to my grandma for her birthday so i went with this florist. david was so sweet and had great customer service. he got her flowers to her safely and quickly! thanks again!

Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied with the floral arrangement received. I ordered a premium arrangement from your website, expecting the full, vibrant bouquet shown in the pictures. However, the arrangement delivered was sparse, with far fewer flowers than advertised. For the amount of money I paid, I feel kind of scammed—the quality and quantity simply do not match the premium price. This was meant to be a special gift, but it fell far short of expectations.
