I was skeptical about getting a back polish because it was my first visit to Bellus Academy and I’ve never done anything like this. Thanks to Taylor Boyd, she has sold me on them. She explained everything very well and made me feel comfortable being there. I will be a repeat customer of hers and will also recommend Bellus Academy to my family and friends. Thanks again, Taylor! Always have very nice students and eager to learn
I should not have even paid for this service. This was a gel manicure. The polish is so uneven that it started peeling off within an hour of leaving the salon. There was no supervision. I could’ve done a better job doing it myself.
I just had the Best Service at Bellus Academy in Manhattan, with Paige O! She was so friendly n listened to what I was telling her n my haircut turned out Beautifully!! She not only washed & cut my hair, she also styled it n all for $15! I will Definitely be going back to her for my hair needs! She was not only knowledgeable, but also delivered a Great cut while making the whole experience fun!! Thanks Paige!! Thanks Bellus Academy!!! 🤗
I went to Bellus today to get balayage done and Breana did an amazing job!!! She was super friendly and professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. She listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. My hair has never looked better and I would highly recommend Breana to anyone!
RecommendedI've had several massages, both Deep Tissue and Swedish at Bellus and they have been great. Considering that most places charge a minimum of $60 an hour, $35 is quite reasonable. I had Kinley last time and she was so good that I booked to have another two weeks later, then another after that! It really helps with my back pain, and general soreness if I work out.
Shawna did an AMAZING job today! I was so pleased with her work! I have a “tender head” and she was so gentle! I love the color & cut! I highly recommended her!

I got a perm done at Bellus Academy at the beginning of February in 2020 and it was amazing. Gabby Cancelada did my hair for over four and a half hours! They also taught me about maintenance and gave me suggestions on how I should style my hair! I love Bellus Academy for literally everything: nails, hair, and the spa. 100/10 recommend because they’re teaching people and giving services at a really affordable cost. I’m obsessed 🤩
