This was the second time I went here and the service was fantastic. From speaking with the service department (Kayla, I believe) to the gentleman at the front desk, to the guy that took off my plates. Professional and pleasant. I was comfortable going in there alone (some auto places you get a feeling like a dollar sign just walked in) and it just has a hometown vibe. If I was able to give 0 stars, I would. I won’t go into details about what happened, but the unprofessionalism and lack of communication is absurd. When I asked for a meeting with the owner, to explain the multiple issues I had, he simply could not handle constructive criticism, stood and spoke over me, and was rude to the point where I was bawling when I left.
