For the price point this is a great place to stay. Owner/Manager got out of bed to let me stay overnight at 11:30 pm, due to change of travel plans on my part. Rooms are large, well heated, loads of hot water, clean linen, good quality tea and coffee (yes some still use Internation Roast, but not here) late check-out was a bonus. I'll be back
The staff would not refund our booking even though we booked for the ballarat bell tower hotel not the shepparton hotel as they are same bussiness name Even though we didnt check in or not use the room and we have never been to shepparton before so why would we even book there as we always booked at the ballarat hotel
Great here, I try and stay here whenever I'm/or we're in Shepparton, close to everything nice friendly staff, Nice and cheap but rooms are great 👍.. Highly recommended to book here. My Grown up Kids come and stay here , my good friend and Ex Husband stays here too. Rooms are big bed/couch 2x desks , Netflix and Utube etc, beds comfortable. Ashtrays if your a smoker, which my Partner is, he's very happy 😊
