The Grand Rockies is a wonderful place to stay as long as you did not book through the resort, you should have a fantastic time. My wife, kids and in-laws planed a wonderful trip to Canmore at the Grand Rockies Resort. Long story short, I booked a room through Verbo and my wife booked one through the resort. She called to cancel as soon as we realized we both booked but did not receive a cancelation email. Thus is the head office. The people where very nice, informative and helpful. The resorts are above and beyond.
