I didn't have the best experience. After the visit, some sensors on the rear bumper were giving an error message. Originally they seemed opened to investigate, but recommended I drive the vehicle for a while to see if it cleared. It did not. I took it to Toyota and they diagnosed it as a misaligned rear bumper. I then called Bell's and the guy at the desk dodged me like crazy and only offered to uninstall the hitch and wiring. Not the best experience. Helpful, flexible, and knowledgable.
This place kicks ass! Not only were they able to help me in a pinch, they did a bang up job. They replaced my hitch receiver and my wiring in my Brake controller without having to replace the whole thing like I thought would have to be done! Can’t recommend more!
Craig managed to fit us in on almost no notice, and was fantastic. Our issue was dealt with promptly, professionally, and not too pricey! Hells Bells these guys rule!
