I went to Bell's last May, after a disastrous pre-install experience at U Haul. Unlike the other place, when you arrive at Bell's for your appointment they're ready for you, they have the parts, and before you know it my new trailer hitch and wiring was installed. The staff clearly explained everything that was done for the install and I left very satisfied and confident that everything was done properly. My husband sent me today to have a 5th wheel hitch installed. Very good experience. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Store and bathroom were clean and welcoming. I will be recommending Bell’s to family and friends!
