Service was 5 minutes and the pool bottom was full of pine needles
The filter clean out was done right at the pool equipment leaving a mess for our access to the equipment (wet sand at our entrance). Service was done 3 days apart, Friday and Monday. Would like to see more consistent weekly timing of service.
Called and left a voice message 3-4 weeks ago. Never got a call back.
Avoid! Do not use! Extremely poor communication. Does not answer main phone or return calls. They were a fine company until Jan 25 and it has gone downhill since. Doesn’t pay technicians or alllow purchase of chemicals. Something shady is going on here.
Our pool cleaner comes every single week for a tiny spa/pool but charges $160 every two weeks. For that amount of money I have texted emailed and called and received no response when a dead bird landed in my pool and I need to know how to chemically treat it. No one responded to me whatsoever.
