⭐ One Star I had an extremely poor experience here. I dropped off suit jackets on Saturday and was told they would be ready by Monday. When I returned on Tuesday, the jackets were still dirty in the same spots. I gave them another full day at the owner’s request, yet when I came back on Wednesday, the issues were still not corrected. The owner was rude and dismissive throughout the process, even stating that they had other items to clean despite my clothes being dropped off days earlier and already paid for.
