AHH-MAAZ-ING!! These men are angels! I have never experienced better customer service! They really care about their customers and it shows. In need of assistance, they guided me through the correct course of action with appropriate questions. In addition, they came to our home to assist us in our time of need. OMGOODNESS, I was looking for a forklift repairer in McDonough and came across Bell's Forklift. Bubba answered the phone and listened to my forklift repair concerns. He asked me some questions and was willing to come out to location free of charge. That's absolutely rare! Most folks charge to come out and look. He and I scheduled a time, he came out and was on point with what was wrong and my repairing options.
