Horrible experience with Holly, the owner. She was extremely rude and no help at all. Had my car repaired and a month later I had the same issue arise. Holly didn’t back their work and said yto take it to the dealer. Like Caleb in another review said, I do not recommend Nells Automotive and take my car anywhere but there! Have used Bell’s for years and they are great at getting us in and fixing the problem!
Bell’s does great work no doubt about that! But unfortunately if you have the opportunity to deal with Holly it’s awful I’d rather crawl naked through a cactus patch than talk to her again it’s like pulling teeth for her to do her job she’ll just tell you she hasn’t drank her coffee yet at 10 in the morning while you’re trying to figure out if she remembers that you called 3 weeks prior to drop off a vehicle
