Wow, Jason started out taking care of business. Found our problem, got answer, ordered parts, & then the bottom fell out. Real trouble with repair, so #1) limited experience, 2) not in a hurry at all (had our car for over a month), 3) terrible communication. Said car was fixed, we drove for maybe 100 miles? Rattling started in front of engine & slowly got worse until finally undriveable. Ask Jason what he's going to do to fix it. No help....wanted me to deliver it to him. My little f-150 just needed some Freon. We were in and out quick. Reasonably priced. Will prolly go back for oil changes and stuff.
Well....I don't want to be ugly in any way but I'm very disappointed with service....I chose them because they had a good star rating on Google and I had heard they were honest and reasonable and Extremely Knowkedgeable!!!! about vehicle repair and Very, Very experienced. When I initially went in they said they knew exactly what it was and it should not take long. I am a widow and was trying to find someone who I could trust. Instead I was charged $900 for an oil pump and my truck quit working after a week. It’s been sitting in my yard ever since. Thanks for your so called help.
