Sean was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and a great communicator. He took the time to explain the process and showed us the results. He went out of his way to fit us in on Easter Monday so the job could be completed the day before our Furnace A/C installer who was scheduled for the next day (Tuesday). Rated at 5 Stars because that's the highest-rating but performance easily 6 Stars.
