Purchased a beautiful gold ring of black onyx with citrine stone. Would have no hesitation in highly recommending Bellrose Jewellers and would certainly make them ‘my jeweller’ of choice for future purchases. Decided to have old jewellery made into one ring, was recommended by many people to go to Bellrose Jewellers, could not be happier with the friendly and extremely helpful staff, had no idea what I wanted, the very talented jeweller came up with my ring that I’m totally in love with 😍 thank you so much..
Put clock in for repair over 4 Yeats ago still waiting now they can't find it been asking about it every week very unreliable getting to stage of taking further action do not use this business heard to many complaints.
Initially happy they could repair a clock that had sentimental value. On collecting clock noticed number 4 was missing. Staff very rude and flat out lied claiming we hadn't noticed it was missing rather than accept blame. Sorry clock was very important to us so we would definitely have known if it was damaged. Also when repairing anything you notice and document any damage/missing things on receipt of item. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR ITEM.
Extremely rude, especially Jeff, the jeweller. I will never go into that shop again and DO NOT recommend them. They do not deserve even one star.
