I am enjoying living in this apartment, thanks to Alexis who guided me throughout the application process. She answered all questions and addressed my concerns before moving in. People need to learn from her. The Property is clean and peaceful.
Visited my fiancés apartment and there was a cockroach. Super unacceptable & he will be contacting for exterminator service.
If you plan to live here, they will charge you for carpet cleaning upon move-out. Even if you have lived there for 7 years and the carpet’s remaining economic value is near zero. Made a point of saying I wouldn’t pay for carpet cleaning during the move out walkthrough, fought it with the owners and they argued with me about it the entire time. Super shady practice that left a sour taste in my mouth and why I’m leaving this review.
I’ve never been so content with an apartment complex as I have been now. Amazing staff Giselle is amazing at what she does she is the most helpful when you need her. The maintenance staff is amazing as well everything is always clean. The gym/pool are great and always clean 10/10 experience
