Since new management took over, I’ve been really happy with the changes I’ve seen. There have been positive improvements throughout the property, and it’s nice to see things getting better little by little. You can tell they are making an effort to improve the community. Looking forward to seeing the continued improvements!
There’s a new management team and they’re awesome!! They’re very engaging and caring about the residents! I enjoy chatting with them when I go to office multiple times a week to grab a snack or coffee. In addition, they’re always planning resident events so every month I have something to look forward to!!
Community is always clean and well maintained! Onsite maintenance is quick and efficient. The office staff is always friends and knowledgeable.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. I’ve lived here for three years, and the property has gone completely downhill since new management took over. They let go of the previous maintenance team, and the overall quality of the complex has declined significantly. Don't let the good reviews fool you. In my entire three years here, I never had a pest problem until now. I currently have fire ants inside my unit. This place used to be really good when we first moved in, but unfortunately, management has gone completely downhill. They fired their entire maintenance team, and we went MONTHS without having any maintenance staff available. The trash cans are constantly overflowing and dirty, there is dog poop everywhere because some residents don’t have the decency to clean up after their pets, and we’ve had a pot sitting in our parking lot for months that still hasn’t been moved.
