Horrible place and experience. My appointment was at 2 pm I was there at 1:45pm. My car was brought in for a NYS inspection with a heads up to the mechanics of a purge canister valve replacement and that's why my check engine light was on. They told me they couldn't take my word for it and had to do their own diagnostic check at $185.00, that's a huge price for letting a computer telling you what's wrong without any real labor. The Tire team was great. I got tires for my one car. I brung my other truck in to get rims and replacement tire tires for it, the man from the sales team reached out to me and said “hey why don’t you allow us to help with you on a brand new car”opposed to getting this one fixed because my truck had some front end damage from a very minor accident that wasn’t too bad I explained to the man that I work from 6 AM until 10 PM six days a week my only day off of work is usually Sunday or Saturday after 7 PM. Vehicle towed here with obvious signs of alternator and battery. Charged $167(triple A discount) to even look at it. Took 3.5 business days to even look at(runaround every day). Replaced battery as a 1st move, said they were going to test drive and run diagnostic/check everything to figure out why the vehicle just died. $500 later I drive car home to niagara falls as I get closer to home, Lights are coming back on intermittent on dash(battery, check engine, coolant, you name it) Thankfully I made it home, my son took ot arou... read more

I've been there three times now. 1stvtime was for inspection, last yr, then again for repairs in March, and again for this yrs inspection. Had long waits but was treated well, and work was acceptable. I started going there due to the awful crap put out by the dealer I purchased my car thru. Ya know the deal.....pushy, "buy this, you need that, don't forget what you're missing out on if you don't purchase the package deals." blah blah blah. Sick of the lies.
