Fast service very knowledgeable and really nice to deal with thank you
Tow truck driver was dropping a car off for my neighbor and blocked my driveway as I was trying to leave. I asked him nicely to move and he got incredibly rude with me- mocking me and refused to move then making me late and parked my neighbors dead car infront of my house. Very bad first experience with a company and I would not call them for help if I needed it if that’s the type of person to show up. I wish I could attach the video of how rude the driver was.
We used them through aaa for a tow from work to home. We weren't home but the driver put the car right where we asked him too
Horrible place and experience. My appointment was at 2 pm I was there at 1:45pm. My car was brought in for a NYS inspection with a heads up to the mechanics of a purge canister valve replacement and that's why my check engine light was on. They told me they couldn't take my word for it and had to do their own diagnostic check at $185.00, that's a huge price for letting a computer telling you what's wrong without any real labor. The Tire team was great. I got tires for my one car. I brung my other truck in to get rims and replacement tire tires for it, the man from the sales team reached out to me and said “hey why don’t you allow us to help with you on a brand new car”opposed to getting this one fixed because my truck had some front end damage from a very minor accident that wasn’t too bad I explained to the man that I work from 6 AM until 10 PM six days a week my only day off of work is usually Sunday or Saturday after 7 PM.
