Everyone in the office is friendly and professional at all times. Been going for many years and have never had a bad experience! Doctor V. Is very knowledgeable and gentle. Linda, my hygienist , is patient and also gentle. Linda, who is the office manager, is very organized and could answer many insurance questions you might have!

I read the review about the receptionist who answered the phone, whom the caller considered. “rude“ -perhaps it was the patient’s pain level, but Linda, who does the appointments, answers the phone, and checks into insurance, is an absolute doll! I had to cancel an appointment because I had a terrible headache, and usually when you do that, the person the other end of the phone is not happy with you, but she was calm, caring, and ready to book my next appointment without a problem. I saw Dr. Vertichio today for a crown. What an awesome practice! I called them yesterday and asked if they could see me asap, because my tooth that needs the crown is cracked. The receptionist was very accommodating and she even called my endodontist to have my records sent over. She called me back a few minutes later to tell me that they would see me the following morning! Everyone in the practice was caring and made me feel very comfortable.
