This is such an impressive office! I read the review about the receptionist who answered the phone, whom the caller considered. “rude“ -perhaps it was the patient’s pain level, but Linda, who does the appointments, answers the phone, and checks into insurance, is an absolute doll! I saw Dr. Vertichio today for a crown. What an awesome practice! I called them yesterday and asked if they could see me asap, because my tooth that needs the crown is cracked. The receptionist was very accommodating and she even called my endodontist to have my records sent over. She called me back a few minutes later to tell me that they would see me the following morning! Everyone in the practice was caring and made me feel very comfortable. This place is great! I had a dental emergency because my bonding on my front tooth fell off. My dentist couldn’t fit me in for another two weeks. I’m not even a patient here but they were able to the next day! Dr. Vertichio did such a great job along with her dental assistant, Kaylee. She also cleaned my other bonding on my other tooth and got a stain out without me even asking. My smile looks so much better than it did before! Thank you, Bellport Family Dentistry!
