Ordered a fireplace insert jan 17th was told it would take about 6weeks when 7 weeks past we called and got a recording they were closed and would be re-opening soon under new name / owner. We still have not heard a thing. Hopefully our credit card compnay will get our money back or the new owner will do the right thing and honor the orders with deposits.
ordered a spa on May 15 and was told it would be 4 to 6 weeks. Well here it is July 11 and they are telling me the manufacture is having problems getting part (which makes me REAL happy to hear) and they don't know when it will be here. I was offered a free cover lift but that doesn't make up for the lack of a hot tub for my summer guest. I will cancel my order tonight.
