Kurt and the rest of the team at BPM are amazing people that truly go out of their way to make you feel accommodated for. I had an excellent experience leasing through them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to rent. They were by far the most professional and organized company I’ve dealt with while living in the GNO area!

I became a tenant for Kurt Bellow when he purchased the building my daughter and I lived in. He is the best landlord I have ever had and I can go on and on about how awesome he is and how well he takes care of his tenants and his properties, as if they were family or his own home. Should be more than 5 stars!
I highly recommend Bellow property management. The owner and staff are truly outstanding. They care about their customers and work hard to make sure each persons needs are taken care of. I can truly say they go above and beyond to provide the best service and care out there. 10/10 highly recommend!
