Love going here! Family run business, amazing service. Location is super easy to get to and their eyewear range suits anyone. My face doesn't fit most specs but they were able to find a perfect pair for me.
Absolutely loved my experience. I had my eyes tested by Brett and Ella helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. Honestly, wasn’t expecting such a wholesome and welcoming experience, but that’s what I definitely got. The warmth and attention to detail and time that they spent on me… it was exactly what I needed and I will 10000% be coming back. The care was beyond expectation. Absolutely loved my experience.
Such a beautiful store in South Melbourne. I walked in with absolutely no idea what I wanted and Ella was incredible. She was so accommodating, kind and genuinely happy to help. She has a great eye for what suits people and for someone like me who is not the most decisive, that made such a difference. Haven't had a retail experience this good in a long time. Highly recommend visiting and asking for Ella.
