I had a massage at the spa, Bello Vita @The Welk. Awesome! Denise was wonderful and checked with me beforehand re problem areas and what I was wanting done. Great experience and I highly recommend the spa……especially Denise!
I scheduled a massage at Bello Vita expecting as ordinary ‘touchy feely’ massage. What I received was a deep muscle style massage by Twanya, it was therapeutic and relaxing, the best massage I’ve had in years!
Outstanding customer service and communication
This spa needs REMODEL and upgrades. They also have just very basic massages and the woman that massaged me refuse to massage my leg. She look very unhappy and acts like a robot. My husband gave her a tip because we always tip but her attitude and lack of skills are bad for business and did NOT deserve a tip.
Came here for a massage as my neck and shoulders were in pain from hours of driving. Tawnya did a fantastic job and I appreciate her professionalism and expertise. She even gave me tips for potential stretches to do in the future should the issue arise again.
