We hired Bello Jardin to remove a dead branch from a locust tree that shaded our patio, cut down a maple tree and save the wood. Instead they have ruined our patio for sitting on in the afternoon as they removed a Y branch that included the dead branch but also a large branch that shaded our patio. It is now in bright sunlight and 90 it was never like that before. They cut down the maple and did not save the word but chipped it so again they didn't do what we asked.
