Spent almost 1000 on hair that had to be removed not even 2 weeks later. Just be advised the work you see online most likely will not be the work you actually get. The owner has reviews that state this removed. Horrible customer service and the owner will ignore you if you reach out to try and have any issues corrected. I reported them to DORA and the bbb and now have to go to court because the owner refuses to refund my money even tho all the hair they installed had to be removed within 2 weeks. The quality of the extensions has really gone downhill. I only had my last set for two months and they faded to a completely different color.
Christy is absolutely amazing! I have never been this happy with my hair. She perfectly matched my highlights to my inspiration photo and customized my extensions so they look and feel flawless. Her customer service is unmatched—she even fit me in last-minute to adjust a tight extension. She is incredibly friendly, professional, and officially my go-to stylist!
