My experience is there is no follow up and no oversight w this company. Bridle Ridge fired them.
Do not use this company...The owner, Marie Steedley is as uncooperative a person as I have every met. She also does not understand that she works for your community. She wants to be in total control and not consider what the residents want. Her book keeping skills are even worse. She refused to give us our financials until we threatened to fire her which we ended up doing anyway. The final straw was she did not pay our insurance and it got cancelled.
