I lived here for two years. Cody is great and always answers your calls and texts quickly. I never had to wait more than 24 hours for a fix or repair, of which I had very few. It’s the perfect location—walking distance to the square and Quakertown Park is right across the street. Rent prices are fair and the units are in good condition. Loved it here!

This place is on the small side for a couple but definitely the place for humble beginnings. No pest problems, maintenance requests were always worked in a very timely manner and landlord/maintenance worker Cody is the Saint of all landlords is the best way I could put it. If you want your problem fixed in the most cut and dry simple way I assure to come to Bellmere. I lived in Apartment 26 for ~3 years. Amenities: The unit I rented was a 2 story townhome styled apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a shower & bathtub, and 1 guest bathroom. It included a washer & dryer. Maintenance: The assistant manager, Cody, always had the maintenance come the same day as the complaint. The latest it took for the issue to be resolved is 1 day.
