I was sold 3 packages of 8 blow outs for my daughter and myself. Upon finishing my packages I inquired as the numbers did not seem right. I was then told 6 months later they changed the package to only 5 blow outs because we had long hair. This was not conveyed to me EVER. When the manager spoke with me about this she informed me "this was just how we roll". I asked the cashier why she never told me and she said she did not know why but thats just what they do.
