Ballistic Is by far the best gym in griffith. Always feel comfortable in myself and confidence is great when I go.. awesome work and even better experience.
Just did the Arial yoga 🧘♀️ what a cool experience!! Seriously LOVED the traction on my neck in the supported shoulder stand!!! I had a whiplash injury 12 yrs ago and am always looking for ways to stretch my neck and I reckon this is my new fave! I’ll defiantly be back. Give it a try!!
