If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Belissimo Nails is a fantastic local spot, great for everyone with all needs. Every time I came here, Michelle helped me out and she is phenomenal. Each visit has been relaxing and enjoyable. My only word of advice is to come before rush hour since the location is next to the Metra, it can mean a bit of a delay when arriving due to the trains. I can't wait to come back!
If I could leave a 0 rating I would. This lady is so rude, I paid 85 for mani and pedi, she was fast and the bubbles in my nails show it, at the end she asked if I want to leave a tip, I really didn't bc I noticed she reused same equipment so very unsanitary, dirty towel from last lady was not changed, my nails had bumps in it, so, I said $5 dollar tip but I really didn't want to leave anything for the price or service, she gave me a dirty look and said 5 dollar???? started aggressively cleaning up, didn't say good bye, igno... read more
