Meh. Honestly, I don’t know. Just… not great. Also, the sheets are hard. Like, “did someone staple a mattress to a rock?” hard. Could we maybe invest in sheets that don't hurt? Customer service was just… ehhhh. The woman who checked us in seemed like she’d rather be anywhere else, except she perked up slightly when we asked about restaurants near Foxwoods. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. However, the rooms only have a small standup shower stall. The breakfast was horrible. They were out of multiple ingredients that were on the menu. We were a party of 4 and all of us had to make adjustments to our orders because they didnt have something. Additionally they may need to either replace or train thier cook . Changing my review from a prior visit which was 'ok'. Charging station for cars still in snow 1 week after snowfall. Cords stuck in snow. Ice by doorway in back parking lot very dangerous. No soap in either sink or shower dispenser. Nasty dried and dirty green washcloth in shower left from God knows when. Breakfast comes, you can hammer a nail with the toast they give. Western Wrap is repulsive.
Very nice hotel yes!! But When I got there, I wasn’t aware that I had to pay a extra $150 upfront on my card and then they give it back when you leave and then I had to wait five days for my refund and when I got my refund, it wasn’t 150 bucks. It was $86 because I left some balloons behind and supposedly I left rose petals all over the floor which I picked up a whole box of my rose petals before leaving so maybe a few petals fell out.
