Checking in with the front desk was easy, quick, and the staff were very polite and knowledgeable. The complimentary shuttle service is wonderful. The driver was very nice, provided a smooth ride, and even went above and beyond for an elderly gentleman who didn’t realize how far of a walk it was from the drop off to his show he was attending, by bringing him a little bit closer than the original drop off. Very disappointed with stay. Hotel has so much potential but was not a good stay or night’s sleep. Great location, good shuttle service, but hotel is lacking big time. The bed was terrible. Extremely cheap linens and the pillows were horrible. Believe me when I say cheap. They were like a sleeping on an old bag of cotton balls. Terrible. The bedding was equally as cheap.
