We made a reservation, called a week in advance to make sure a 1:30am check in would be possible. They said they would make a note of it. When we arrived they had no note, we had no reservation and they did not have any rooms available. Fortunately the manager Andrea got involved & got us a room at The Hilton Garden Inn down the road otherwise we would have had nowhere to stay at approx. 2 a.m.
Great location for a nearby Foxwoods Casino alternative. Clean and quiet
Place was clean, affordable, the beds are super comfy and staff is friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back.
