I visited Bellissima Salon with a clear inspiration photo: dark hair with gray highlights throughout. Upon arrival, I was quoted $250 for the look I requested. After spending over five hours at the salon, I left with a single strip of gray in my hair and the rest a solid black! nothing resembling the inspiration photo. ***i attached the inspiration photo i showed her below**** The next morning, I called to express that I was unhappy with the result.
